Who We Are
What is the Supercluster?
The North West City Region is creating the world’s first multi-sector Regulatory Technology (RegTech) Supercluster. It will unite industry, academia, and public bodies to drive innovation in ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) and AI, tackling global challenges in sustainability and emerging technologies.
Why RegTech?
RegTech simplifies compliance, reducing costs and complexity. As AI and ESG regulations evolve, demand for efficient, tech-driven regulatory solutions is growing.
Why Here?
With a strategic EU-UK border location, a skilled workforce, and strong industry partnerships, the region is primed to lead in regulatory innovation, attracting investment and boosting economic growth.
